It is not possible to call any emergency numbers via NICnet VoIP.
Flatrate packages are limited to 1300 minutes of outgoing calls to the PSTN(external link) in the country stated in the flatrate. Usage above that limit is charged according to the rates found in the "Rates" section of your account.
It is not permitted to resell the service to others. Any misuse of the service will lead to immediate termination of the VoIP account.
Please note that NICnet can not offer service to Premium rate destinations.
NICnet VoIP service is only available for residential or business use. For any other use, please contact us for more info.
Customers can only use a single ATA or SIP phone per SIP account.
